D’ duel

When I saw the sun projecting
its ray as inflection on the sea
mystic silhouettes on the waves fall
I thought I’ve seen it all

stanced sequoias sharing selvage
with clusters of figs along boulevard of a lake
a reflection of elegance the mating draw
I thought I’ve seen it all

littered stars complimenting the clouds
merry moon trailing illuminations in rounds
darkness heaving beauty at a crawl
I thought I’ve seen it all

But when I saw your smile
those scenes are waste of time.
