Reserata Carcerem XLI
Othello, mystic moor ‘f marred myths,
t’ Brabantio was sarcocarp’s spree –
smothered stereotypes enslaved him;
thorn’s thicket cloven, leisure licked.
Oft would meagre moor hoist ho;
‘n sword’s spiel his airy acumen glowed.
Strained syll’bles damp Desd’mona stole,
when his lusty larynx shred show.
Anon was her thrills made conf’tti;
his eerie emprise snatched sword’s silt.
But Brabantio wouldn’t lease his ewe
t’ rusty ram taunted time ‘n’ form bruised.
‘n’ she, braced broker, with th’ marred moor fled,
but his spite sent her – for prof’t- t’ death.
